What deals are shown on the Deal Board?

The Deal Board only displays deals associated with meetings recorded in Sybill. It does not pull unrelated deals from the CRM.

How do I create and save a custom view?

Currently, the Next Steps page only shows tasks assigned to you. However, you can manually create next steps and add assignees there.

How do I remove completed tasks from my view?

  • Apply filters to narrow down your deals.

  • Click ‘Save as View’, name it, and choose ‘Team or Your’ views.

  • Save and access it later from the views menu.

Can I edit deal information from the Deal Board?

Yes, you can edit fields like Owner, Amount, Stage, and Close Date directly. Some fields require CRM sync, and you’ll see a prompt to enable edits.

How do Highlights work?

Highlights visually mark deals meeting certain conditions (e.g., overdue or stalled). You can use predefined highlights or create custom conditions.

Can I see Deal Board in Kanban view?

Yes, click the view at the top to switch between List and Kanban views.

Why can’t I edit some fields?

Fields not synced to the CRM cannot be edited. Go to Settings to sync the field.
