This task has details on call participants, their engagement, and the next steps committed to during the call. Sybill pulls deal information from your CRM, pairs it up with the buyer intelligence insights that it has generated for your calls, and shows them as part of the deal intelligence dashboard in Sybill. 

What are the custom messaging intelligence insights that are a part of the enterprise plan?

As part of the enterprise plan, we produce detailed buyer intelligence reports for you. The messaging intelligence insights capture what messaging resonates with each of your buyer personas, and breaks it down by slides, demo screens, talk tracks, and even individual key phrases and words. What happens once my trial ends?

If you’ve not selected a plan already, you will be automatically converted to the Free plan. You can continue to use Sybill as per the Free plan’s restrictions.

What do you mean by Buyer Intelligence insights?

Sybill captures buyer engagement and excitement on each topic, statement and question during the conversation. Does Sybill provide me analytics on my slide decks and demos as well?

Yes. Sybill identifies the slides and demo screens that are presented during your video calls, matches them up with prospect engagement, and shows a leaderboard of your content based on what resonates in most conversations. Sybill’s users are able to cut down on their slide decks, and identify the most resonant messaging for each buyer persona by using these insights.

How does adding and removing licenses work?

If you add anything to or upgrade your plan, the changes will be pro-rated for the remainder of your billing cycle and billed immediately. In addition, your new subscription total will be reflected in your next bill. If you remove anything or downgrade your plan, the change will only take effect at the next billing cycle. We typically do not offer credits or refunds for plan cancellations or changes or unused licenses in the middle of your subscription.

What are Sybill Scores?

Sybill scores each of your calls on the conversation quality. It uses prospect excitement, call interactivity, and other metrics to come up with the scores to help you prioritize deals and identify coachable calls. More on Sybill Scores here

You can use Sybill as long as you use: Zoom as the video-conferencing solution and Google calendar or Microsoft outlook as your calendar. Please note that we currently do not support other video conferencing tools such as Microsoft Teams or Google Meet.

How do I sign up?

You can sign-up in a jiffy using our self-serve interface at https://app.sybill.ai/login. Please accept the prompt from Google/Microsoft to give calendar read permissions to Sybill so that it can start joining your calls.

Do I need to involve my IT team for any integrations prior to using Sybill?

No, simply sign up using your Google or Microsoft outlook account at this URL - https://app.sybill.ai/login. Once you sign up, don’t forget to bookmark for quicker access to your dashboard in the future.

Do I need to make any changes to my zoom client?

No, just sign up at Sybill with your Google or Microsoft account. Sybill will automatically show up on your zoom calls as a virtual participant.

Can I sign up without giving access to my calendar?

No. Sybill has view-only access to your calendar. It scans for the events that have a Zoom link and display your upcoming meetings within the Sybill dashboard. You can always control its joining behavior.

Does Sybill support integrations with any CRM software?

Yes! Sybill currently integrates with Salesforce and Hubspot. Visit the FAQ page on the platform after logging in to know more about how you can make the most of the integrations.

Can I invite my team to start using Sybill?

Yes! Once you’re logged in, you can invite your team members to create an account and start using Sybill as well. You can then share meetings, give feedback, coach and manage your deals and collateral from one place.

My prospects have their camera turned off. Will Sybill still produce insights for me?

If your prospects have their camera turned off, that will limit the video-based insights around engagement, excitement and key moments. However, insights from the audio like pulling out next steps, questions and pricing discussions, would remain unaffected.

How long does it take for Sybill to generate a report after a call has ended?

Insights are ready typically within 30 to 45 minutes after the call ends. You will receive an email notification when a meeting report is ready for review. Coming soon: You can also set up your Slack to receive a notification once a meeting review dashboard has been generated.
