What are magic summaries? How are they different from other summarization tools?

What happens once my trial ends?

If you’ve not selected a plan already, you will be automatically converted to the Free plan. You can continue to use Sybill as per the Free plan’s restrictions.

How does adding and removing licenses work?

If you add anything to or upgrade your plan, the changes will be pro-rated for the remainder of your billing cycle and billed immediately.

In addition, your new subscription total will be reflected in your next bill. If you remove anything or downgrade your plan, the change will only take effect at the next billing cycle.

We typically do not offer credits or refunds for plan cancellations or changes or unused licenses in the middle of your subscription.

Does Sybill generate follow-up emails for each call? How does it work?

Yes! Sybill understands your call context (sales, customer success, hiring, etc.), your call stage (discovery, demo, negotiation, etc.), and drafts a follow-up email for you based on the actual conversation that happened. It takes care of the action items, the relationship between the individuals on the call, and the best calls-to-action. 

What are EQ leaderboards?

With Sybill, you can start comparing how much you are able to engage and excite prospects with your teammates. This helps you identify who in the team needs to get better at presenting product demos, or in establishing rapport, etc.

How do the Salesforce and Hubspot integrations of Sybill work?

Once a call has been processed by Sybill, it creates a completed task in the relevant opportunity in Salesforce / deal in Hubspot. This task has details on call participants, their engagement, and the entire magic summary of the call.

In the Enterprise plan, Sybill converts your call and email interactions into CRM data. It understands your CRM fields, your sales methodology (MEDDPICC, SPICED, BANT, etc.), and auto-populates those fields based on the actual customer interactions throughout the opportunity lifecycle. 

Sybill pulls deal information from your CRM, pairs it up with the buyer intelligence insights that it has generated for your calls, and shows them as part of the deal intelligence dashboard in Sybill.
