Identify new customers most at risk during onboarding due to poor handoff. Include:


– Accounts with incomplete or unclear handoff briefs
– Missing buyer context (goals, success criteria, commitments, risks)
– Examples of gaps that could cause friction (e.g., missing stakeholders, technical blockers, mismatched expectations)
– Prioritize customers by level of risk (high, medium, low)
– Recommend specific mitigations CS can take to smooth onboarding and protect adoption
