For every deal, include:
– Close probability (0–100%) this quarter
– Top positive confidence signals (engagement velocity, exec alignment, multi-threading, methodology coverage)
– Top risk signals (stalled stage, no champion, slipped close date, competitor activity, legal not started)
– Forecast category recommendation (commit, upside, risk)
– Coaching suggestions: 2–3 actions the rep should take this week to de-risk
